Dragonfruit by JKSI have found people with epilepsy to be extremely creative. I don’t know if it is a function of our epilepsy or it is just coincidence. Personally, I love to write (as you may have guessed), but I also love to take photos – mostly of inanimate objects that will stand still to counteract my shaky hands.
For a while now, I’ve been looking for a way to sell my photos and support the work of other artists with epilepsy. Recently, I had a forehead slapping moment when I realized Living Well With Epilepsy might just be the perfect vehicle to support both ideas.
I’ve just launched a new section of Living Well With Epilepsy called Epilepsy Creative, just in time for Epilepsy Awareness Month. This project is currently in it’s pilot phase. It is easiest to kick this off with my own photography. If I find there is any response to the project, I may be able to invite other artists with epilepsy to participate.

Right now, I just have my fingers crossed that you will take a moment to view the photos. It would be a bonus if you wanted to hang prints of my work in your home.
How do I purchase a print?
Within each gallery, which you can access by clicking on a photo in the slider or the link in the navigation, you will find images available for purchase in a variety of sizes and formats. All of the images can be ordered in premium, fine-art, and canvas editions. Under each image you will find four text links. Click through to purchase prints, cards, e-cards, or downloads of the image.
If this project is successful, we will be able to make this opportunity available to other artists with epilepsy. If you have questions regarding this project please contact us at info@livingwellwithepilepsy.com.
