Epilepsy Blog Relay™: Carys provides comfort

Day 5 of the Epilepsy Blog Relay™

Carys Ann is 24 years old and has been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy. She has scarring on her hippocampus which has a big impact on her emotions. Her site, https://carysann25.wordpress.com is meant to inform people of the daily struggles epilepsy causes. It is also meant to provide comfort to others affected by epilepsy.

Carys reminds us “We can battle this together and educate society!”

From Carys

Living with epilepsy has provided me with good life experiences that continue to challenge me daily. It’s not about hating epilepsy, it is about learning to accept it and thanking it for providing us with its daily challenges and hurdles.
