Throughout the month of July, we’ll be making time to get outside. After a busy Epilepsy Blog Relay month it’s time to get some fresh air. All month we will be celebrating the ways you are #livingwelloutside. We’ll be sharing stories of fishing, trips to the beach, and maybe walks with the dog.
Your stories
We want to share your stories too. How do you deal with the bright summer sun if you have TLE or Photosensitive epilepsy? How do you make travel possible when your child has LGS? How do you get to your summer desination when you don’t have your driver’s license? You can share your stories of #livingwelloutside on livingwellwithepilepsy.com.

Follow our hashtag #livingwelloutside on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. But more importantly use it yourself when you are posting your amazing outdoor pics. Or even just what you have to do to prepare to go outside (sunscreen, hat, etc.).
Hope to see you #livingwelloutside!

I’ve been living with epilepsy for 50 years. Thankfully with proper care and medication I’ve not had a seizure in many years. Sorry for missing the April 27th walk, and I would like to attend the next one. Please send a schedule of up and coming events regarding Living Well With Epilepsy.

Thanks for your comment! The http://walkforepilepsy.org/ is put on by the National Epilepsy Foundation. I’ve included the site so you can learn about next year’s event.
Hope you will consider sharing your story here: https://livingwellwithepilepsy.com/share-your-epilepsy-experience
Thanks!
