The #LivingWellChat is a Twitter chat that takes place three times a year. It started in 2015 to connect readers with the bloggers who participated in the Epilepsy Blog Relay. It’s become a place to discuss newsworthy topics as well as those issues that may be new to the families who are new to the epilepsy or chronic illness community. The chat is a great way to connect with others who can relate to your circumstances.

The December 6, 2018 topic is: Self-Care During the Holidays

Don’t the next #LivingWellChat

At the end of every Epilepsy Blog Relay™, we close with a live #LivingWellChat. The chat lasts about 1 hour. Just use the hashtag #LivingWellChat to filter out all the other social noise on twitter and join the conversation!

How does the chat work?

Lots of Twitter chats have a formal structure, only allowing a few minutes per question, but #LivingWellChat is bit more open. You will find #LivingWellChat is very simple: We start with a general topic, and the conversation flows from there. We encourage spontaneous discussion with tons of Q&A.
